Sport Quads | Beadlocked Wheels

For Sport Quads, we offer a number of different options to suit any rider. We can either start off with our Billet Center style wheel, or our non-billet center style wheel. From there we can outfit the wheel with any combination of beadlocks and/or reinforcing rings.

Our beadlocks are made from high quality artificially aged and heat treated 6061-T6 aluminum plate ensuring the best quality around. Pair this with our inner reinforcing ring and the high quality of a DWT .190" 6061-T6 wheel and you have one unstoppable wheel. Most people opt for the light weight, better debris ejection, and cool style of the OMF Performance Scalloped Beadlock, but if you’re looking for a more classic look, try our Conventional Style Beadlock.

To save a little weight and add more style to an already awesome wheel, add our Outlaw Machining to our non-billet center wheel. Or if you’re fond of getting dirty, try a set of our Mud Caps to help keep rocks and debris out of your wheel.

ATTENTION TRX700XX OWNERS: We have 11x7 5+2 wheels available for the rear of the 700XX quad. You can choose from our Billet Center or Non-Billet Center wheel, with a combination of beadlocks and/or reinforcing rings.

Here is a picture of an 8x6 wheel for a youth ATV. This wheel features our inner reinforcing ring (not visible) as well as our new Super Lite beadlock kit, but only weighs in a 3.51 lbs per wheel! Strength and performance have never come together in such a light weight and attractive package!!

Want light weight, we've got what you need! This is a 10x8 wheel with our Super Lite beadlock kit, Ultra Lite Billet Center, and our inner reinforcing ring designed for a Trophy Kart or ATV. This particular wheel weighs in at 5.655 lbs per wheel, and is available in almost any color, size, and bolt pattern.

Want light weight, we've got what you need! This is a 10x5 wheel with our Super Lite beadlock kit, Ultra Lite Billet Center, and our inner reinforcing ring designed for a Trophy Kart or ATV. This particular wheel weighs in at 5.050 lbs per wheel, and is available in almost any color, size, and bolt pattern.

These pictures are courtesy of Legeng Quad Service in Australia. As you can see the tire is destroyed, and the rim is in great shape. This wheel was run for 175 miles AFTER the tire went flat during a rally type race. We may not offer a warranty on our wheels, but as you can see you wouldn't need one anyway.
